Optimal health is a journey, not a milestone..

Being able to use food as medicine has enlightened me on being able to optimize my health, mind, body, and soul. Functional medicine has helped me help others tackle specific conditions that are tough to treat, but this approach has really helped.

It is NEVER too late to start!

When I started experimenting with food, supplements, and diet styles over a decade ago — it has helped transform me, inside and out. Getting older is inevitable, but AGING — is a mindset, and is optional.

Being able to age gracefully, while maximising lifespan and quality of healthspan is the goal.

I want to try and motivate you to take back your health. To understand HOW the body’s basic biochemistry works, and HOW to personalise YOUR lifestyle based on your goals. This isn’t about purely looking aesthetically pleasing or being healthy for the sake of being healthy.

This is about optimal health and functionality, so that you can go about life doing what you need to in order to achieve your goals and keep health on autopilot.
