As an adult who’s spent a long time trying to gain muscle, I can safely tell you this isn’t something you need to worry about. And IF you ever do get too bulky, all you have to do is back off training a little.

Muscles are your body armor. They are what will protect you as you get older. Bone density is increased most by lifting weights way more than anything else you can do with diet intervention.
